Most people first think of how great they are going to look on the outside if they following an aerobics workout routine, and this is true it will give you an attractive, toned, and fit looking body, that people will admire and even envy.
The main motivation is not the external benefits but rather the internal health derived from a consistent cardio workout, which is coupled with good nutrition.

Aerobics workout does not burn cholesterol the way we know it burns fat, but what it does is stimulate the blood?s cholesterol levels and lower LDL (bad) cholesterol, triglycerides and increase HDL (good) cholesterol.

After a brief national scare this week, it turns out the U.S. won?t be affected by a global shortage of bacon. That?s good news for the Daily Grill at 18th and M st. in Dupont.
After a three-week hiatus, The restaurant?s bar reopened last night and members of the media were invited to see its new look and try the new happy hour specials. Two of the new menu items, the Capitol Dog and the Crab Cake BLT, are heavy on the bacon.
Along with new food and beers on the menu, the bar was gutted and revamped with new seats, TVs and light fixtures. Here?s how the night went:
We met Carl?
Sitting with the rest of the media who attended was Carl Pierre. He writes for InTheCapital.com, a startup about startups and the social scene in D.C. ?You forget how much you actually use your phone until you don?t have one,? Pierre said unprompted as he watched another guest type on her phone. It turns out Pierre was without a phone last night because he had recently been robbed at H Street Country Club in NE, D.C. He had placed his wallet/phone holder on a table. Inside was $200 cash, his credit cards and his iPhone 4S. He turned away for a flash and it was gone. Pierre used a GPS app on his friend?s phone to locate his. He saw it moving and he followed it a few blocks before approaching ?a bad neighborhood.? He gave up on the chase and has resigned to purchasing the iPhone 5.

Our first drink the Vitamin C, an orange juice-like martini, made with Ketel One Citroen. The chef, Phil Kastel, brought out some of the new Happy Hour food. In addition to the Capitol Dog and Crab Cake BLT, we had the Parmesan truffle frites (french fries with garlic and cheese), the Sausage and Arugula Lavash (which is a nicer way of saying ?pizza?) and the Short Rib Sliders (little pork sandwiches). Kastel works out of L.A. and he developed each new item on the menu. Bob Spivak, the President and CEO of Daily Grill?s parent company Grill Concepts, Inc., was on hand to walk us through the experience. ?In five years, we?ll be laughing about Budweiser, Miller Lite, Coors Light? all those beers that aren?t really beers,? he said. He hopes Americans take a more epicurean
approach to beer and start drinking more regional ones. Of the 10 new beers the Daily Grills is offering, six are brewed on the East Coast. We tried the Dogfish Head Midas Touch, a beer brewed in Delaware and ? similar to Blue Moon.
Notables: D.C. Publicist Dannia Hakki and USA Today travel reporters Jayne Clark and Nancy Trejos. Clark showed off her freshly-designed USA Today business cards, which feature the new big blue dot logo. Trejos is still using the old cards.

Harby Panesar's company went bust after he lavished a fortune on daughter, Anysha, who is now 19, so she could live her teenage dreams.
He spent ?20,000 on a Super Sweet 16 birthday party where Tulisa performed, with a personal video from Hollywood star Nicole Kidman as part of a Moulin Rouge-themed party.
He bought his daughter a Gucci handbag for her birthday, along with a ?1,500 personalised mobile phone and a pair of ?400 sunglasses.
The 45-year-old then bankrolled her dream to be a top teenage model and beauty queen, and she went on to be crowned America's Perfect Teen, becoming the first international cover girl on SuperModels magazine.
But he got into so much debt, his finance business collapsed. He was warned by the courts not to set up another business ? but he defied the orders and was caught and sentenced to nine months in prison.
However, the Appeal Court released the father after Anysha wrote to the judge. Lord Justice Rix allowed the appeal at the Civil Appeal Court and suspended his sentence for two years.
The court was told that he is now 'far removed from his once luxurious life' - and is 'financially ruined and bankrupt.'
Lord Rix said: "The public interest will be sufficiently vindicated by suspending the term."
Panesar made his money through his insurance company Motorcare Warranties which has collapsed.
An investigation by the Financial Services Authority found that the company left a trail of victims whose motor insurance policies were worthless.
A bankruptcy hearing in the High Court banned Panesar from setting up a new business. But Panesar was found in contempt of court by launching up a new insurance company called Motorcare Warranties.
Panesar, 45, and his wife Caroline, 43, now face losing their luxury ?500,000 home and their six-acre estate in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Bravo?s producers of ?The Real Housewives of Miami? promised a blockbuster season. Alex McCord told us on rumorfix that this production staff created Season Three of ?The Real Housewives of New York City.?? Last night, the producers broke the golden rule.? The viewers have to have connected with the reality star before they were thrown into conflict.? If we don?t know the housewife or their best friend, the viewers are not invested and just want the combatants to vanish?in a puff of smoke.? Miami is a city of beautiful people who seem selfish and superficial.? This was the problem in Season One of ?The Real Housewives of Miami? and ?Miami Social.?? The audience did not connect and the ratings were dismal.
Adrianna is the star of this reality show.? She knows that she is being filmed.? When the new housewives are discussing Elsa?s face with Lenny, Lisa?s husband, Adrianna knows that the comments about Elsa being scary will not be popular with grandmothers on the prairie.? We can all see that Elsa suffered at the hands of a bad doctor.? Elsa is not a healthy person.? That conversation by beautiful young women was not fair.
Adrianna toured an exhibit in her large art gallery with her partner.? The gallery has her partner?s name on the window.? Adrianna must have a smaller percentage of ownership.? She has worked in the art world for 7 years.? Adrianna studied art in the University of Paris/ Sorbonne. Adrianna knows the business. In the past, crowds came to art opening for a glass of free champagne and to be seen.? Now, she wants to create an event for the art collectors. She wants to sell art, not throw a party for friends.? Her partner is happy to have his gallery on a national television show.
There are interesting relationships with employees of the housewives, who have become ?friends.?? Like Jeff Lewis and Zoila, there is a friendship, but the home owners are not equals in the friendship. The employee?s financial survival depends on the homeowner and their benevolence.? The employee entertains the homeowner.? It is what it is.? The homeowner feels they have the right to describe the employee and their relationship. This unequal relationship is common in domestic situations, but watching it play out on reality television is different because the employee cannot give their side.? Bravo let Zoila share her thoughts with us.? In ?The Real Housewives of Miami? that did not happen.
There are business relationships that cause problems in the personal lives of the Miami housewives.? Romaine, Joanna? boyfriend, is a successful club owner.? He came to America with $1,000 and he spent that money in two months.? He became a waiter, a bartender and club owner.? Mynt, Romaine?s club, had its 10th Anniversary.? It is unusual for a club to last that long in Miami where new is the place to be.? Romaine has an excellent DJ and the music in a club has to be trendy.? The DJ dated Joanna?s sister, Marta, for four years.? He cheated on her and continued the relationship with the woman that he left Marta for a while ago.? This is the basic problem between Marta and Romaine. Romaine?s success is based on the music of his club.? Marta would like the DJ to be fired.? Romaine is a smart businessman and he is sick of the constant fight over a man who helps him make a lot of money.
Joanna is temperamental when not drunk, but when she is intoxicated she can see the DJ working and goes insane. She screams at the table and confronts Romaine, who thinks she is crazy.? He reminds her that her sister went insane and threw things like tampons in a confrontation over the DJ and his?infidelity.? The two Polish sisters from Chicago have issues. They may be beautiful, but no one will have peace with them in his life.? Romaine lives with Joanna, but he does not want Marta sharing his apartment.? In essence, Romaine does not want a packaged deal. This conflict will never end.
Lisa and Lenny are endearing. He is a genius, who always wanted to be a surgeon. They tease each other, but seem in love.? Lenny is friendly and hard-working.? He is generous to his wife.? Lisa does take care of him and the relationship is fun to watch.? They both love to party and are moving to Star Island and away from an area where homeowners prefer quiet.? ??Lisa is honest about her reactions to people, so she will soon be a part of the drama.? Lisa is young and she comments about being over 40 at a club.? This is going to get her in trouble.? The neighbors of Star Island may not like loud parties.
Anna is crying when she is alone in her home. She is covering up her red eyes with makeup while her grown daughter watches.? Anna?s prosecutor boyfriend wants her to divorce Robert, the father of her children.? Robert wants the divorce.? He wanted the divorce two years ago.? Anna stated in the first episode that she doesn?t care what we think, but she knows she is in Limbo.? Robert is not going to change.? Anna?s daughters know this.? Anna wants to have her family as it was in the beginning.? This is sad to watch, but this happens to women.? Men move on even though you did everything correctly.? There is nothing Anna can do to fix this.
Karent?is in love with a player/Latino soap star.? Her mother hates seeing her suffer. Karent?has discovered that her boyfriend is selective when he shares what is going on with Anna and text messaging.? The player leaves messages on an open Facebook page to Anna.? Anna is a lawyer so she took screen shots and kept a file.? Anna had the evidence that Karent?does not want to see. Adrianna wants Karent to understand what is happening, but like Anna, she prefers to live in her own dream world. ?Karent?s mother will save her daughter, but not there will be heartbreak before this is over.
Marysol?Patton claims to have the largest PR Firm in America.? She has owned it for 10 years.? I don?t know who this is possible when there are PR firms in LA and NYC that are huge.? Marysol?wanted to please her client who had issues with Elaine walking at his event.? Marysol?s?firm?did not let Elaine Lancaster/James walk in that?Miami event.? There seems to be confusion over what happened next.? Marysol?was in charge of a red-carpet at a Miami fundraiser for the children of incarcerated adults.? Elaine claims that small-minded?employees of Marysol?did not let Elaine walk at this event last year.? Marysol?denies that this happened and claims that Elaine is confusing the events.?? As viewers, we have no way of knowing who is correct in this argument, but I bet both Marysol?and Elaine are jumping to conclusions and protecting their own names from damage.? This is often the case when there has been a previous confrontation as there was when Marysol?did what her client asked.? Elaine was hurt at the first event, and she perceived that the people who hurt her were doing the same at the second event.? Those people were also reacting to Elaine and were hurt by her comments and accusations.? There are small-minded?people, but I think the real culprit was the man who hired Marysol?for the first event. Perhaps, Marysol?should have stood up to him, but that would have caused her problems too.? I?m sure that man would have hurt her business reputation also.? It?s a Catch 22.? Is a friend, Elaine, more important than a client to Marysol? Marysol chose the client.? This is one hot Miami mess.
Bravo made a mistake in this storyline. We have to know people before they walk in with guns blasting.? Bravo took us into a yearlong battle between Elaine and Marysol without a shield.? We needed to know more about Elaine as a person, so we could see that Elaine was honest.? Having two housewives give conflicting statements is confusing.? If we knew Elaine better, we could make better judgments to?help us decide ?if? Elaine was overreacting or was a victim.
The ratings of this series are over 1 million a week.? This is the lowest of all of the Bravo Real Housewives? Series.? New Jersey is close to 2 million.? If this was the first season, those numbers would be fine.? Bravo would give them a chance to get their sea legs.? I don?t understand why this show isn?t better.? Adrianna is wonderful.? The stories of Anna and Lisa are interesting.? I don?t know why America is not connecting with Miami.? I love the Latin culture and music.? The women are trying to make it in a difficult economy, and they are successful.
In Season One, two of the reality stars acted like high school girls, I don?t see that dynamic this year.? There are only 8 episodes, so Bravo had trouble creating an interesting story line with their hours of film.? I suspect the show is missing a villain.? Every housewife show has someone who takes the hits and fights back.?? None of the women in Miami wants to damage their reputations.? They want to survive after the cameras pack up and leave for NYC.??? I don?t think the conflict from a runway last year will be enough to save ?The Real Housewives of Miami.?
There are scenes where someone familiar to me is screaming at Elsa at a party. He is Kim Zolciak?s friend, Thomas Kramer, who had the strange home filled with stuffed animals. Kim brought the Atlanta housewives to his home for a vacation. That man was unsavory and had a history that made me uncomfortable.? I hope he does not cause Elsa pain.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Dean Foods Co
The company said it recently decided to explore a transaction for Morningstar, the smallest of its three segments, as part of its goal to maximize shareholder value, confirming a Reuters report earlier on Wednesday.
"We have not yet identified a buyer for Morningstar, but we know this business possesses an attractive portfolio in a growing marketplace and a top-notch management team," Dean Foods said in a statement.
"That said, we will only sell this business if we can do so in a transaction that maximizes shareholder value and ensures the future success of the business," the company added.
Shares of Dean Foods rose 4 percent to $16.02 on the New York Stock Exchange before it was halted for the news.
The company has hired investment bank Evercore Partners Inc
Evercore did not respond to requests for comment.
Morningstar sells Friendship cottage cheese and private label dairy products such as creamers, ice cream mix and sour cream. It supplies a range of foodservice customers such as restaurant chains.
The private label business has lower margins than the company's branded products, which include Silk soy milk, Horizon Organic dairy products and International Delight coffee creamer products.
The auction of Morningstar comes as Dean Foods tries to reduce debt. The Dallas, Texas-based company said last month it plans to sell 20 percent of stock in its WhiteWave segment, which sells branded dairy products including organic milk, in an initial public offering valued at up to $300 million.
The company plans to use the proceeds to reduce outstanding debt at Dean Foods.
Morningstar's net sales totaled $1.3 billion in 2011, roughly 10 percent of the company's overall sales last year.
Selling milk is a low-margin business, since costs are dependent on a range of volatile commodities from fuel to dairy. Passing on those costs to consumers is not easy, since there is little brand loyalty and consumers often just choose the cheapest brand.
In 2011, the company took a $1.9 billion charge to write down goodwill in the dairy business, which it had built up through acquisitions over the years. Falling demand and prices over several years had hurt the value of that business.
Dean Foods has improved its business recently, after cutting costs and working to offset weakened demand at its core fresh dairy business.

It had been up for weeks, but last night, the Halfmoon Planning Board formally made legal the sign on Kathy Marchione?s campaign office in the Shoppes of Halfmoon.
A sharp-eyed reader noticed the sign was on last night?s meeting agenda, though it has been hanging for weeks. Halfmoon?s sign ordinance became a political football in last year?s town supervisor race, with Democrats claiming the town?s leading Republicans were selectively cracking down on them.
Marchione?s campaign spokesman Ken Girardin said the sign was not the campaign?s doing.
?Our understanding is it?s a landlord issue. We?re just a tenant,? he said. ?We didn?t install it ourselves, and we don?t have any knowledge of any issues that may have arisen from the sign being installed.?
Of course, the landlord is developer Bruce Tanski, who provided seed money to Marchione?s campaign and has bankrolled the town?s current supervisor, Mindy Wormuth. Tanski is providing Marchione?s campaign rent-free office space.
Marchione is the apparent winner of a Republican primary against Sen. Roy McDonald.

Ben Bernanke hopes his latest plan to stimulate the economy will get you to buy stocks and other risky assets. Maybe you should. People who did that after two similar Federal Reserve efforts are sitting on big gains today.
But the odds of fat profits aren't looking as good this time, and seem to be getting worse.
Stocks rose sharply before the Fed chairman announced his plans Sept. 13 instead of falling, as they did before the two previous efforts, suggesting less room for gains now.
Meanwhile, the world economy is slowing and Wall Street analysts are cutting estimates for future corporate profits. They expect them to fall this quarter from a year earlier, the first drop since just after the Great Recession ended 3? years ago.
"The market seems like it's climbing on central bank intervention rather than fundamentals," says Gary Flam, chief stock manager at Bel Air Investment Advisors. "I'm not a buyer right now."
The outlook for other risky assets like high-yield bonds is darkening, too.
The highly indebted companies that issue these bonds, popularly known as junk bonds, usually offer fat interest payments to compensate investors for the risk that the companies will default.
Not now. In response to previous Fed stimulus plans, investors have poured money into these bonds, driving prices up and yields, which move in the opposite direction, down to 6 percent, the lowest on record. In the boom years before the recession, the lowest yield was more than two points higher.
"We have a high-yield bond market without yield, and the Fed's fingerprints are on this," says James Grant, editor of the newsletter Grant's Interest Rate Observer. "If debt prices turn out grossly overvalued, won't it owe an explanation for people who lost money?"
Earlier this month, the Fed chairman said the central bank would spend $40 billion each month buying mortgage bonds until the economy strengthens, and maybe even after. In its two previous programs, called quantitative easing, the Fed bought $2 trillion worth of Treasury and mortgage bonds.
The idea is to frustrate holders of conservative assets, like Treasurys, so they'll have no choice but to shift money into riskier fare. As they do, prices will rise, making people richer and willing to spend more money. And that, at least in theory, will speed economic growth.
Some critics argue the Fed has failed, noting that the U.S. economy grew at just 1.7 percent annual rate in the April-June quarter. But you can't deny it's been successful at least in part: People have moved money into riskier assets, and prices have jumped.
Since the Federal Reserve launched its first bond-buying program in November 2008, high-yield bonds have gained 68 percent, or 14.5 percent annually, 1.5 times their typical return, according to Martin Fridson of FridsonVision, a high-yield research firm. Meanwhile, the Standard & Poor's 500 index, in price alone, has gained 85 percent.
In 2012, the S&P 500 has risen 16 percent, almost all of it since June in anticipation of the Fed's new stimulus.
It's possible stocks will continue to climb. The S&P 500 is trading at 14 times its expected per-share earnings for the next 12 months, which doesn't appear expensive. This earnings multiple was lower ? meaning stocks were cheaper ? at the start of the first Fed stimulus, in November 2008, but only slightly: It was 12.9, according to S&P Capital IQ, a research firm. At the start of the Fed's second round of bond-buying, in November 2010, the S&P traded at 14 times, the same as today.
But stocks seemed just as expensive then as they do now because expectations for earnings then were low. Since the recovery began, Wall Street analysts have mostly been scrambling to raise their expectations, not cutting them, as they are now. They were surprised how much companies were able to sell abroad, slash expenses and get more work out of smaller staffs.
Last year, companies in the S&P 500 squeezed a record $8.80 in profit out of every $100 in sales, up from $5.90 after the first Fed program, according to Goldman Sachs. But now these profit margins are falling for the first time in the recovery, and revenue growth is dropping as Europe slips into recession and many developing countries slow.
And the bad news keeps coming. On Tuesday, FedEx, considered a bellwether because its shipping operations span the globe, said that trading volumes had slowed to recession levels. On Thursday, railroad giant Norfolk Southern dropped 9 percent after reporting a steep fall in shipments.
If the economy continues to slow, or falls into a recession, investors in high-yield bonds will get hurt, too. They appear to be reassured by the low number of bonds defaulting now, about 3 percent. But defaults could rise fast. In 2008, defaults peaked at 13 percent, clobbering investors in high-yield. Investors in mutual funds holding so-called junk lost 26 percent that year, according to Morningstar, a fund tracker.
"If you need income, you don't have much choice but to go to riskier assets," says Fridson, the junk bond expert. But he adds, "If the country falls back into recession, people will face losses."
Should junk tumble, Grant, the newsletter editor, quips that Bernanke should consider a "handwritten apology" to investors or possibly a spoken one on "60 Minutes." But he holds out the possibility prices will continue to rise, noting that the Fed's efforts to stimulate the economy, as well as similar bond-buying plans by central banks in Europe and Japan, are unprecedented.
"One can't be dogmatic about likely outcomes of an untried, worldwide experiment," Grant says. "We're all lab rats. Investors are lab rats."
Count George Cipolloni, former bull, among the worrywarts.
Last year, when other investors were selling stocks and junk because of fear the U.S. was about to fall into another recession, Cipolloni, co-manager of the Berwyn Income Fund, bought by the armload, just as he did in previous market dips. Since 2009, his fund has returned 117 percent.
But he's selling now, and piling up cash. It now accounts for 24 percent of the fund's holdings, up from 7 percent about a year ago.
"We're trying to be as risk-averse as possible," Cipolloni says. "We don't want to lose money."
