A woman whose name is identified as "Didi" or "Judy Soriano," per the bulletin board at the Refugio Valley tennis courts, started posting obscene copies of her email correspondences targeted to discourage a particular individual to utilize the public tennis court.
The notes contexts appeared to be made to discourage others to form a new tennis organization in view of the upcoming election by the the end of her term in December, because "Didi" would like to run the private tennis Association with her own circle friends.
The Bylaws were drafted as though it is a community oriented tennis assocation, but it turns out it is a privately organized to dictate others and threat others, if necessary, to discourage others to come to the public tennis courts, because she would like to operate her own tennis club at the public domain.
I'm a victim of legal threat, not once but twice, to discourage my access to the tennis court I'm entitled.
Please be aware, Hercules Parks are beautiful but need to get ride of such a nuisance.
